Hey!
I'm Tiago, an operations specialist for scaling companies, with roots in fintech. I spot the work that gets done over and over, then automate it with simple, low-cost solutions that anyone on the team can actually use. No over-engineering, just practical fixes that make operations faster and easier.
At Revolut, I helped launch official email support, building it up and setting the knowledge base and policies behind it. On phone support, I improved the policies and processes before taking ownership of the department.
At Rail, a cross-border fintech later acquired by Ripple for $200M, I revamped how the team ran operations, focusing on transaction success and transaction monitoring, and automating the work that used to be manual.
Overall, what I bring is a fast read on where the friction is and the hands-on work to clear it, streamlining the messy processes and automating the ones that eat time, so things run smoother without adding people or complexity.
